With over six years' experience in regulatory compliance and ESD consulting, Michael founded Modspec to streamline energy-efficiency outcomes for the off-site construction industry. His background spans hands-on technical assessments alongside business and service development, with a focus on reducing variability, inconsistency, and inefficiency within energy-compliance processes. Modspec was established to support an industry navigating complex design challenges, where problem-solving and critical thinking are essential to delivering standardised and scalable outcomes.
